Who provides the export declaration and bill of lading?

For every deal we issue a contract, an invoice, the export declaration and the bill of lading (B/L), plus a condition report. Copies are sent before shipping. For Russian registration ЭПТС, СБКТС and ЭРА-ГЛОНАСС are handled after arrival, by us or through your broker.
