Rail to Siberia and the Urals
The main corridor for the central regions: the car goes by rail to a consolidated yard, then by truck to your city.
Road to the Far East
The fastest lane. The border crossing closest to the Far East, then a car carrier to the destination city.
Sea through the port
RoRo or container from the southern ports. Clearance can be done directly at the port of Vladivostok.
EAEU corridor
Delivery through an EAEU country with the paperwork completed inside the union.

Request
Send the model, year, budget and destination city on WhatsApp. We reply with the FOB price, stock and a freight estimate.
Vehicle check
Photos, VIN, odometer and a condition report for the exact unit. You confirm before anything is paid.
Contract and invoice
Contract with Anhui Zhongsu Luosi Automobile Sales Co., Ltd, invoice and the export document set at a fixed FOB price.
Payment
The deal is closed against the contract and invoice; the payment terms are agreed individually and fixed in the contract.
Loading and export
Loading at the Chinese port or border terminal, export declaration, bill of lading or CMR.
Transit
The car moves along the chosen corridor; you get the tracking number and the ETA for your city.
Clearance and handover
Customs declaration, СБКТС, ЭПТС and ЭРА-ГЛОНАСС — we handle it or work with your broker, then handover in your city.
Timing by city
Timing is counted from loading in China; customs clearance at the border or port is included in the range.
What forms the final price
The FOB price is only the car at the Chinese port. Everything after it is itemised separately — no hidden fees.
Documents and clearance
The export set leaves China with the car; the Russian documents are issued after arrival.

- Export declaration — Confirms the legal export of the unit from China.
- Bill of lading / CMR — The transport document for sea or road delivery.
- Vehicle condition report — Photos, mileage and the condition of the exact unit.
- Customs declaration — Filed on arrival in Russia or in the EAEU country.
- СБКТС, ЭПТС, ЭРА-ГЛОНАСС — The Russian documents needed for registration.
Delivery questions
We deliver to 8 cities: Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazakhstan (EAEU). The route follows the destination: sea via Vladivostok, truck via Suifenhe, rail via Manzhouli or the EAEU corridor via Kyrgyzstan. Transit times and cost per city — /cities and /delivery.
Transit time depends on the route: truck to the Far East ~5–9 days, sea ~7–12 days, rail to Siberia and the Urals ~14–20 days, EAEU corridor ~10–16 days (plus ЭПТС/СБКТС paperwork after arrival). The exact figure for your city is on its page: /cities. Loading after payment takes 2–5 days.
Every deal comes with a contract and an invoice plus invoice, export declaration, bill of lading and a per-unit condition report. For registration in Russia ЭПТС, СБКТС and ЭРА-ГЛОНАСС are handled after arrival, by us or through your broker; we also assist with СБКТС and ЭРА-ГЛОНАСС. The document set is prepared before shipping and the copies are sent to you on WhatsApp in advance so you can check the details.
Included in the FOB price: the car, the export document set (invoice, export declaration, bill of lading and a per-unit condition report) and loading at the Chinese port. Paid separately: freight and insurance to your city, duty, VAT and the recycling fee in Russia. The FOB price does not include freight, duty, VAT or the recycling fee — those are quoted separately per route and city. We send a door-to-city estimate on WhatsApp for any specific unit.
We work under a contract with a legal entity: payment in CNY to our company account in China or in RUB against an invoice in Russia, usually staged — a deposit on signing and the balance before loading. The invoice, contract and payment details are sent before payment and everything is fixed in writing. We will match the scheme to your bank on a call.
